Recently graduated from the University of Calgary, I am eager to pursue a career in Architecture and Urban design. I am interested in design at all scales, and hope to create thoughtfully, sustainably, and socially. Aside from architecture my interests include traveling, graffiti, music, and running.

GEC Architecture - Summer Student

- As a summer student I gained professional design experience by assisting the GEC team with multiple projects. I had the opportunity to learn by being exposed to architecture at various scales, including transit, arenas, recreational centers, and educational facilities.

- Assisting Dr. Marit Rosol with research regarding food justice and security in Canadian cities was a valuable experience that broadened my understanding of food issues. I gained and refined skills regarding researching, editing, and transcribing.

By exploring possible futures through iterative design, a mass timber kit of parts establishes new conditions, lifestyles, and perspectives that might emerge over the next 72 years.

The project welcomes recent immigrants and the elderly, two demographics with a complicated and fluctuating relationship with food. Collective kitchens offer security, stability, and socialization.
